Villa la Estancia offers two meal plans that can be purchased at the resort:

Note: All room occupants must purchase the same plan. Plans are non-transferable.

Yes. La Casona and Neptune Seafood require resort elegant attire:

• Long pants and collared shirts for men
• No swimwear, tank tops, or flip-flops
• Dress or resort wear for women

Other restaurants maintain a casual dress code but no swimwear in dining areas.

Yes, all suites feature both wireless and wired secure internet connections.

Yes! Villa la Estancia has its own de-salinization plant on-site. Purified tap water flows through all suite faucets, so you can drink directly from the tap.

Electrical outlets are 120V / 60Hz - the same as the United States. Both 2-prong and 3-prong plugs work fine. No adapter needed for US visitors.

Yes. Villa la Estancia has an on-site doctor's clinic with an English-speaking physician available 24 hours. A hospital is located just 5 minutes away with ambulance service available.

The Desert Spa encompasses 31,000 square feet of tranquility, making it the largest spa and wellness facility in Baja California Sur. The adjoining fitness center spans 4,500 square feet with extensive equipment.

Kids in Paradise is a fully supervised Kids Club ensuring your children are entertained and safe. The resort's trained, child-certified staff provides age-specific activities daily from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM for children ages 4-12.

Activities include: Pool games, beach games, tie-dye t-shirts, face painting, arts & crafts, contests, movie time, and more.

Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance through the Resort Entertainment Office.

Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport to travel to Mexico by air. Official proof of a passport application is required for those without passports yet. Check with your airline or visit the U.S. Department of State website for complete requirements.

Important: Special documentation may be required for minors:

• Single parent traveling with child: Notarized letter of consent from the absent parent
• Widowed parent: Notarized letter + copy of death certificate
• Estranged parent: Court documentation of sole custody
• Minor traveling alone: Notarized consent letter signed by both parents

Check with your airline or the U.S. Department of State for current requirements.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, as well as traveler's checks, personal/business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.

Tips are not required, but the staff works hard to make your stay exceptional and gratuities are very much appreciated. A good guideline is similar to what you'd tip in the US.
